Why does the glass fog between the panes?
The seal around the edge of the unit has failed and moist air has got in. Cleaning will not fix it; the unit has to be replaced.
Is it covered by warranty?
Seal failure is often covered by the manufacturer's glass warranty. Tell us the brand if you know it and we will check what yours covers.
