What we do here
- Window replacement: Vinyl, fibreglass or wood-clad, measured to the opening you have. Where the trim is good, it stays on the wall.
- Wood window restoration: Original sash rebuilt in our shop: new glazing putty, rot repaired, cords and weights rehung, weatherstrip added. The old glass stays.
- Foggy glass and sash repair: When the seal on a double-pane unit fails, it fogs between the panes. Often the frame is fine and only the glass unit needs replacing.
- Sliding patio doors: The aluminum slider that sticks, drafts and sweats in winter, out. A new slider that glides with one finger, in.
- French and folding doors: A pair of French doors where the house had them once, or a folding door that opens the whole wall to the garden.
Measures are booked in University Place and Fircrest most weeks. (253) 555-0148
