Window replacement
Vinyl, fibreglass or wood-clad, measured to the opening you have. Where the trim is good, it stays on the wall.
Wood window restoration
Original sash rebuilt in our shop: new glazing putty, rot repaired, cords and weights rehung, weatherstrip added. The old glass stays.
Foggy glass and sash repair
When the seal on a double-pane unit fails, it fogs between the panes. Often the frame is fine and only the glass unit needs replacing.
Sliding patio doors
The aluminum slider that sticks, drafts and sweats in winter, out. A new slider that glides with one finger, in.
French and folding doors
A pair of French doors where the house had them once, or a folding door that opens the whole wall to the garden.
